Our fees and disbursements for a standard residential sale transaction are indicated below, based on the sale price you have entered.

Your third party closing costs are also estimated here, which include: a law society levy of 65+HST. Additional third party closing costs could be:  Government document registrations, Government fees, HST, Tax/Utility Certificates, Teranet Fees, cost of Status Certificate and creditors’ letters are not included.

Our Standard advertised package price of $949 plus HST plus third party costs relates to single family resale properties for any sale price up to $1,499,999.00. This includes all fees and disbursements for the sale of a single-family residential dwelling (condominium or freehold) for a sale price up to $1,499,999 within Durham, GTA, or most of the Golden Horseshoe (properties on city services), being vacant on closing with one mortgage or secured line of credit and no unforeseen circumstances.

Please contact us for a personalized quote for sale prices of $1,500,000.00 and up or any non-standard residential sale such as: a separation; an estate sale; a sale by a power of attorney;  a multi-unit/investment; a mixed-use/commercially zoned; a rural/agricultural/vacant land; or a property that is not on city services, or is lake front/private access, or has out-of-town title searches. In addition, please contact us for a personalized quote  for any additional charges for: additional debt/mortgage/line of credit payouts, bridge loans, mobile sign ups (by appt. only) and any other matter that goes beyond the scope of a Standard Residential Sale transaction. Should the disbursements exceed the standard allocated amounts built into this package price; or if additional documentation, work or time is required; or there are unusual difficulties during your transaction; we reserve the right to charge additional fees and/or disbursements in reasonable amounts, but we will seek your consent before doing so.
