Tim Vanular

Tim Vanular ’s personal and caring approach with his clientele, extensive knowledge of many areas of law and his reputation as an excellent lawyer together with his friendly, professional manner has resulted in Tim’s law practice being highly regarded in the Durham Region.

Tim has been in private practice for over 30 years and practiced law since 1982.

Prior to private practice, he practiced as Solicitor for General Motors in their International Legal Department and Director of their Real Estate Department specializing in Land Acquisition and Development and Leasing. Prior to General Motors, Tim was a Crown Attorney, as well as a Litigation lawyer with the Municipality of Metropolitan Toronto. Tim has also practiced both Family law and Criminal law and currently, in addition to Real Estate law, practices Estate law and Corporate law.

Tim has conducted many Estate and New Home Buyer seminars as well as seminars on Real Estate law for Real Estate Agents in the Durham Region. You can find many of Tim’s published articles in Dream Homes Magazine. When not in the office, Tim enjoys golfing, reading and traveling.
